My work brings together trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, altered-states integration, and scientific rigor.

I hold a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and a background in microbiome and biomedical science, alongside years of training in breathwork, psychedelic-informed practice, nutrition, trauma-aware coaching, and transformational work.

That means this session is both grounded and sharp. We work with the body, the mind, the story, the pattern, and the real-world decision in front of you.
